All of our software is designed to be simple and intuitive to use. There are a number of ways you can learn how to use the software:

  • A 1 on 1 training session tailored to your specific requirements done via remote access to your computer

Support

It’s human nature that people want to speak to people not machines. Our customer service hotlines are in Australia. We have a track record of answering 80% of calls within 20 seconds and resolving up to 90% of those calls on the same day.

Hosting

All of our software solutions are hosted on one of Australia’s largest and most secure Data Centres, with disaster recovery services located at a second Australian location.
