AFL players Mark Bolton, Paul Licuria, and Joel Bowden made a decision over 10 years ago that would impact thousands of young people’s lives for the better. They established a not-for-profit, youth organisation that has supported a countless number of young people who experience homelessness.

Their skills and passion have had an astounding impact, with 91% successfully identified & progressed their education, employment, and training goals, 100% feel more positive about their future after the Ladder program and in 2019 they supported 366 young people.
