rediCASE released 4 new modules in 2019

In 2019, the rediCASE Case Management Software by the Redbourne Group released even more features.

Four new modules were developed in Australia and made available to clients as part of their existing software subscription.

At no additional cost for the new modules and just more functionality, this is what makes rediCASE great value for money and so flexible.

The new rediCASE modules include Appointment Calendar, Employee, Enquiry and Report Builder.

Appointment Calendar Module can create, edit, view and assign appointments to staff using rediCASE. Users can book recurring appointments, schedule blocks of time and send appointments directly from rediCASE to Outlook and Gmail calendars. This Module makes managing and setting appointments so simple.

Employee Module was created in 2019 to enable organisations to manage staff details and credentials. This new Module has replaced the old Employee Search function under the Administration Module.

Enquiry Module gives organisations the ability to manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and conversations all while working in rediCASE. It means keeping important case file notes and records of communication central in the one software system. This module enhances client case file notes.

Report Builder gives rediCASE users the freedom to customise reports which are relevant to their organization. Using standard fields, different search parameters and queries, the rich data stored in rediCASE can be displayed in multiple ways in user friendly reports.

As well as the four modules above, other enhancements were made throughout the year to benefit our customers. These are part of the continuous improvement development work done in Brisbane and Melbourne offices.
