Case management software is no longer synonymous with the legal profession, thanks to the Redbourne Group.

Since 2001 the Redbourne Group has been developing case management software and solutions for federal, state and local government agencies, NGOs and NFPs responsible for a range of essential health, human and community services.

In managing clients, case work and case loads, these organisations previously relied on a mix of paper-based systems, Excel and Access. They were not well served by industry-specific case management software solutions.

The Redbourne Group launched its first case management software in 2004 with redADMS. This was a commercialisation of a solution that the Queensland Health created in 2001 to manage their statewide Alcohol and Drug Treatment Referral system now known as QIDDI (Queensland Illicit Drug Diversion Initiative. Redbourne continues to deliver this service to this day.

Our expertise in this sector has grown exponentially as we understand the needs of social workers, health and community workers, the agencies that employ them and their services, and the government and other sources that fund them.

Commercial Application launched in 2012

In understanding the requirements of client records, service coordination, case management and reporting, we have been able to deliver world-class, flexible case management software. Our solution in this area is rediCASE, launched in 2012 and constantly updated and supported.
