Mid 2021 has been a busy time for the Development Team at the Redbourne Group. The release of new features and functionality across our childcare software brands has made a splash amongst our customers.

First up, NEWS.

We all know how busy families and parents are keeping up to date with children’s activities, at their early learning, family day care service or OSHC provider. So to keep it simple, the Redbourne Group Development Team have been working hard behind the scenes enhancing Parent Portal functionality.

The latest release for Child Care Central Software and Harmony Web Software applications includes NEWS in Parent Portal.

This means all families who’s service providers are Child Care Central or Harmony Web Software customers, and use the fully integrated Parent Portal, will be able to easily and securely share “news/information”. We have designed the NEWS feature for service providers to improve their engagement with families by posting all to one place – the Parent Portal.

No third party app is needed. Parent Portal is included in Child Care Central and Harmony Web.
