Redbourne Business Services launched.

2004
RedADMS kick-off. Commercialisation venture with Queensland government to market their statewide Alcohol and Drug Treatment system.

2006
Appointed by FaHCSIA for 5 years to deliver a national hotline for the childcare industry handling close to 500,000 calls annually.

2008
Acquired and upgraded Child Care Cental, the first web-based CCMS system that went on to win an Australian Business Award for e-business.

2009
KindCare launched for Kiincare users (Integrated CCMS solution for centre-based childcare providers).
Redbourne launched outsourced book-keeping and payroll services through Redbourne Business services.

2010
redPAY payment gateway launched, meeting global financial security standards (PCI-DDS).

2011
Harmony software joined The Redbourne Group.
Appointed by Queensland Health to develop and manage their Diversion Coordination Service – most successful health prevention service of its kind in Australia still in operation today.

2012
rediCASE case management software launched across Australia.
Central Info Hub launched bringing many firsts to the childcare sector. This web-based cloud computing solution eventually transitioned into Harmony Web in 2016.

2014
Awarded Queensland Health contract for the provision of software and administration support services for the Drug and Alcohol Assessment Referral service.

2015
Awarded contract by Queensland Police Service to manage and coordinate police referrals for a wide range of sectors; domestic and family violence to youth support, victims of crime, housing, relationships, etc.

2016
The federal Department of Education awarded contracts to agencies to participate in the Nanny Pilot Program. All successful contracted agencies (except Northern Territory) selected Redbourne’s Harmony Web as their software platform.

2017
Commenced pilot testing of rediDOCS, a new document management system featuring a simple to use flexible form builder module.
Successful tenderer to a consortium of Primary Health Network agencies for the provision of a software product (rediCASE) to administer their Mental Health referral programs.
