The Redbourne Group is ready to help Child Care Educators move to Harmony Web so they can take advantage of e-Signatures and a host of other new features and benefits.
Redbourne Working with Services to help bring their Educators Online
Following a successful smartphone trial with selected Nanny Services across Australia, the Redbourne Group has finalised digital PIN electronic signatures for Harmony Educators.
As a result of this market testing, there is nothing stopping Educators moving to Harmony Web once their Services confirm their transition date, said Stephen Menhinnitt, CEO of The Redbourne Group.
“Ultimately the start date for when Educators can being using Harmony Web is in the hands of their Services,” said Stephen. “However we have put in extra resources to help Services roll their Educators over. This includes offering 1 on 1 training with Services and the provision of a Whole of Service Transition Pack.”
“The training will take them through the user interface that Educators will encounter, so they can be the first line of support for any queries. To be frank, we don’t expect many as the product has been through various pilots tests with Services and Educators.”
On top of this Redbourne is offering ongoing Webinars for Educators to introduce them to key features of the product as they prepare to move from their standalone software system to the new online solution.
“Having an entire service on Harmony Web is a win-win for both the Services and Educators,” said Stephen. “For the first time both Services and Educators will in fact use the same version of Harmony with enhanced features and functionality. The result will be an improved solution of mutual benefit, saving time and reducing administration workloads and preparations so Educators can make the most of their time with their children.”
